WES 2021 Registration

Step 1: Pre-registration (30th Nov 2020 - 4th Jan 2021)

You must pre-register for a ticket to WES 2021. Pre-registration for university students is now closed.

Step 2: Securing your free ticket

Warwick Students

Tickets registration will become available on 22/01/20.

Nearer to the time, those that had pre-registered will be emailed a link to the actual event page where you can access the tickets with a unique access code for your specific ticket type. Tickets are free but limited and will be allocated on a first-come-first-served basis. Please ensure that you register using your Warwick email.

Partner Universities

Tickets registration will become available on 22/01/20.

Nearer to the time, the ERH team will email our chosen ambassadors with a link to the actual event page and  a unique access code for their universities’ specific ticket type. Ambassadors will then distribute this code to their chosen confirmed delegation. Please ensure that you register using your educational institution email.

For those students who pre-registered for an “External” ticket without releasing they had an ambassador, thus did not contact them, you will be contacted by the ERH team after 04/01/21 to be put in touch with your ambassador to gain a space on a delegation.

Non-Partner Universities

If your university does not have an ambassador, you will be able to apply for a general university student ticket. Tickets registration will become available on 25/01/20.

Nearer to the time, those that had pre-registered will be emailed a link to the actual event page where you can access the tickets. Tickets are free but limited and will be allocated on a first-come-first-served basis. Please ensure that you register using your educational institution email.
