Become an Ambassador/Representative to help us create an even more diverse and intellectually inspiring conference for WES2023.
Our first 20 years have been a huge success with 6000+ students from 94 different countries attending the conference.
We are now working towards WES2023 with a goal of inspiring a greater global audience. We are looking for ambitious Ambassadors and Representatives from students outside of Warwick to become a part of our team.
So, whether you are a past participant or have just heard about WES, we look forward to receiving your application!

Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
For students from EU/UK, Ambassador applications will be prioritised over Representative applications.
Please apply early to maximise your chances of success. You can only apply to one, not both.
