Warwick Economics Summit is the largest student-run economics conference in Europe. In 2023, we are proud to be celebrating our 22nd anniversary.

For WES 2023, we will be returning back to our in-person roots and hosting the first ever hybrid edition of the Summit. This will combine the fantastic in-person experience WES is famous for, with the massive online reputation we have built over the past two years. We will be continuing the virtual access to the Summit with a small charge to allow the Summit to grow sustainably. Allowing us to expand our outreach, and reach aspiring students from all over the globe. Giving them the opportunity to engage with our truly remarkable speakers.

Why we need your support

For the last 2 editions of the Summit, we have had to go online due to the impact of the pandemic around the world. To ensure we could reach out to the widest possible target audience, and be as accessible as possible we provided tickets free of charge for WES 2021 and WES 2022. We were able to get participation of students from countries all over the world and widen the reach of the Summit.

 

But this was only possible with the support of donors. With continued support we can support future initiatives for attendees to the Summit, giving more students from Warwick and other universities the opportunity to attend.
